The condos at Villa Nasua are ideal for couples, families and small groups.
Children under 4 years of age stay free in their parents'
rooms (one child per room).

All 6-condos have 3-bedrooms and 2-full-Bathrooms (see the floor plan). We offer a 2-bedroom option simply by closing the third bedroom.

  • All guests in each party must be registered at the reception
  • NO overnight visitors are allowed
  • Only registered visitors are allowed and only during daylight hours.
    All registered visitors must have a passport or a valid Costa Rican cedula.

    • For the security of all our guests, we strictly enforce the above polices

  • Check-in time is: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is: 11:00 a.m.
  • Maximum occupancy per unit is 6 persons
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • NO pets are allowed
