RATES & POLICIES
The condos at Villa Nasua are ideal for couples, families, and small groups. To check availability and pricing for your stay at Villa Nasua Condominios, please use the calendar widget at the left to indicate your desired arrival and departure dates, the number of condos, and the configuration you wish to reserve. Payment-in-full is required to make a reservation, but our liberal cancellation and refund policies, as well as flexible payment options through PayPal, should offset this inconvenience. Our prices are all-inclusive with no hidden charges or extra fees for cleaning or COVID fees.

Each condo is fully furnished and has free WiFi. Weekly change of bedding and daily bath and hand towel exchange is provided along with twice per week apartment cleaning (except for the kitchen). All condos have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (see the floor plan). We offer lower cost 1- and 2-bedroom options simply by closing off the unused bedroom(s). Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a pair of twin beds.
Seasonal rental rates (GREEN [May through November] and HIGH [December through April]) apply unless they are superseded by SPECIAL or HOLIDAY rates such as those for the Christmas, New Year or Easter seasons.
The price for each condo is based on the season, the length of stay, the number of bedrooms used, and the number of registered guests. Special prices available at the time of booking and any discounts available for longer stays will be applied automatically.
For the security of all our guests, we strictly enforce the following policies:
- All guests in each party must be registered at the reception
- NO overnight visitors are allowed
- All registered visitors must have a passport or a valid Costa Rican cedula.
- Maximum occupancy per unit is 6 persons, plus free children
- Children under 4 sharing parents' beds stay at no charge (limited to one child per room).
- NO pets are allowed
- Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Check In: after 2:00 p.m. Check Out: before 11:00 a.m.
Refund-eligible cancellations must be received by manager@VillaNasua.com at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for regular season reservations and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date for Holiday reservations (Christmas and Easter holiday seasons).
No refund will be issued for no – shows.
No Refund in Peak season for cancelations made less than seven days prior to reservation date
Late cancellations will be issued a credit amount (valid for one year) usable for payment of future rentals at Villa Nasua. For cancellations made after the scheduled arrival date, a credit will be issued for any days remaining in the reservation after notice of cancellation is received.
Failure to cancel will cause your reservation to be fully honored. No refund or credit will be issued for uncanceled reservations.
Refunds and Credits
Refund-eligible cancellations will automatically receive a refund of the full amount of the rental charge and tax if the cancellation was requested within 59 days of the initial reservation. If the refund-eligible cancellation request occurred more than 59 days after the reservation was made, a 95% refund will be issued via PayPal to the email address provided at the time the reservation was made.
In the case of a late cancellation (not refund-eligible), an email will be sent to the address of record indicating the amount of credit that can be applied to future rentals at Villa Nasua. Upon making the new reservation and paying for it via PayPal or credit card, you should forward the credits email you received to manager@VillaNasua.com and ask that the credit amount be refunded against the new transaction. If the new reservation costs less than the available credits, the credit balance will be adjusted and the balance carried forward. You will be notified of your new balance via email. Credits will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
